We warrant that the following covered components of the
Sleepmatterzzz pillow are free from defects in workmanship
and material: the air comfort modules, hose, connectors,
hand pump and the zipper.
This warranty lasts for three (3) years after your date
purchase and provides different coverage depending on whether a defect occurs
before or after the first year of your date of purchase. Coverage terminates if you
sell or otherwise transfer the product.
WHAT WE WILL DO
First Year of Purchase: If the defect occurs within the first year of purchase of
our product, we will, within a reasonable time, without charge, repair or replace,
at our option, the defective component.
Second Through Third Year of Purchase: If the defect occurs in the second
through third year after the date of your purchase of our product, we will, within
a reasonable time, repair or replace, at our option, the defective covered
component. You will be responsible for all related charges, not to exceed the
current component price minus a credit for the remaining prorated value of the
component (one-third of the current price for each year from date of purchase will
be deducted). If the covered component is no longer available, we will choose a
comparable component and the same formula will be used.
This warranty does not cover: Fiber compression; Product cover; Covered
components which have been cut, torn, or in any way damaged due to misuse,
abuse or accidents; Covered components which have been damaged due
to normal wear and tear and discoloration; Consequential damages (cost of
repairing other damages caused because product did not work properly).
IF YOU WISH TO MAKE A CLAIM
You must send the defective covered component to us in a sanitary condition with
the original sales ticket.
You must keep your receipt as proof of the date of sale. You are responsible for
any and all freight and delivery charges.
