If you are dissatisfied with the performance of an AIRHAWK Product for any reason, you may return it to the original seller within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund, provided you comply with all of the following conditions:
The AIRHAWK Product must be returned no later than 60 days from its original purchase date.
The product must be returned in “new / resellable condition”.
The serial number must be intact.
The return must include a valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or bill of sale specifically containing the date of the original purchase.
This Guarantee expires sixty (60) days from the date you purchased the AIRHAWK Product and will be voided if the AIRHAWK Product is damaged or modified in any way.
For AIRHAWK Products purchased in the United States, you must first contact the AIRHAWK Dealer that sold you the AIRHAWK Product; if, for some reason, they refuse to handle the Guarantee, then please contact ROHO’s Customer Service Department at 1-800-851-3449 for instructions.
For AIRHAWK Products purchased outside of the United States, please contact the Distributor or Dealer from whom you purchased the AIRHAWK Product. It is up to our International Distributors’ and Dealers’ discretion on how they process the return.
